Kayley has been the best step in taking charge of our fitness. My husband and I started with just 5 weeks of PT and quickly decided to book a further 10 sessions. We are now 7 sessions in. Kayley has worked with us to build the areas we needed, mostly core strength and conditioning. I grew up in a toxic diet house which shaped the way I saw/ treated food and my body. I finally decided enough was enough and got help around nutrition.
