Functional Fitness classes

MOR Functional classes are high-energy, full-body sessions designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness through functional movements. These classes use a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and dynamic exercises to help you move better, get stronger, and feel fitter in everyday life.

Hyrox classes

MOR HYROX is a performance-based training class designed to prepare you for the demands of HYROX-style racing and hybrid fitness events. Sessions combine running, strength, and high-intensity functional workouts to build endurance, power, and resilience under fatigue.

MOR Youth Provision

The MOR Youth Provision offers three age-specific classes, designed to support children and young people at every stage of development. Each class is tailored to the needs of its age group, focusing on movement skills, confidence, and a positive relationship with exercise.

MOR Studio classes offer a balance of strength, mobility, and mindfulness through Pilates and Yoga–based sessions. These classes are designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing, while supporting recovery and complementing performance-based training.

Nutritional and Lifestyle Guidance

MOR offers holistic nutrition and lifestyle guidance designed to support balanced health, sustainable habits, and long-term wellbeing.

MOR Nourish Club is a free community support group focused on balanced nutrition, shared learning, accountability, and encouragement — helping members fuel their bodies without restriction or diet culture.

MOR Than Fitness Challenge is an 8-week, all-encompassing lifestyle challenge that goes beyond training. It focuses on building sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, and stress management, with optimal health and longevity at the core.
